Change Your Thinking

We all have good and bad patterns of thinking ingrained in us over time. These come from many areas of our life such as experience, personality and disposition. When we develop a worry pattern, such as always being drawn to the negative in a situation, it becomes a strong pathway in our brain. The more we practice this worry habit the harder it is to break. Nothing is impossible with God, however. He wants to renew your mind; block off that path and forge a new one. Recognize your thought patterns that lead to worry, confess them, and pray for God to help you plan a new way to think based on His truth and promises. Change your thinking and find new peaceful pathways on this Not Gonna Worry Wednesday.
