Thank God Frequently

One of the best ways to combat worry is by being thankful. Take time to notice all the blessings in your life. Then, throw a quick "thank you" up to God, either out loud or silently, for what comes to mind throughout the day. This could be for something as significant as for a loved one all the way down to your simple cup of coffee in the morning. Being thankful is not a feeling but a practice that eventually leads to a positive mindset. Worry cannot co-exist with a grateful attitude so thank God frequently on this "Not Gonna Worry" Wednesday.
