We all have good and bad patterns of thinking ingrained in us over time. These come from many areas of our life such as experience, personality and disposition. When we develop a worry pattern, such as always being drawn to the negative in a situation, it becomes a strong pathway in our brain. The more we practice this worry habit the harder it is to break. Nothing is impossible with God, however. He wants to renew your mind; block off that path and forge a new one. Recognize your thought patterns that lead to worry, confess them, and pray for God to help you plan a new way to think based on His truth and promises.
