Commit to Worry Less

January 1st is a great time to evaluate the past year and look ahead to what you want in the new one. Would you like a year with less worry? Consider making a commitment to worry less. 

Take this one step further by writing out a plan to carry out this commitment. What helps you get out of your worried state? Evaluate what has helped you in the past. Write a list and refer to it next time you are struggling with worry. Be sure to include God at the top of your list because He is the ultimate secret to getting rid of the bondage of worry once and for all. Go to Him in prayer, read the truth of His Word and ask the Holy Spirit for guidance in finding more peace and less worry.

Commit to worry less on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday and on into the New Year.
