To delight means to find great joy and pleasure in someone or something. If we would choose to delight in the Lord everyday, we would see there is no reason to worry. Delight in God by contemplating who He is. Pick a characteristic, like His goodness, peace or grace and think about all they ways He shows that to you. Talk to Him throughout your day. Read His Word (the Bible). Look for Him at work in all the details of your life. Delight in the Lord on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.
