Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously

Sometimes we are highly critical of ourselves, put very high expectations on ourselves or think we are the only ones capable of doing certain tasks. This only leads to worry and disappointment. Take a look at your situation and evaluate it appropriately. How important is this?  Are your expectations too high? Should you delegate any responsibilities? Be okay with things not going perfectly, and once in a while laugh at yourself. Don’t take yourself too seriously and you will have less worry to deal with on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.
