Exercise Your Worries Away

Physical exercise produces endorphins that act in your brain as natural painkillers, reducing stress and giving you a general sense of well-being. Studies have found that if you can relax your body, your mind will follow. Exercise then is a great recipe for minimizing worry.

Take a brisk walk, find a fitness class at your gym or community center, join a tennis or pickle ball league. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you are moving for about 30 minutes at a time, three to five times a week.

Exercise your worries away on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.
