Get Organized

Disorganization can create chaos physically, mentally and emotionally with worry being a likely result. Worrying about being late because we can’t find our car keys or worrying about our credit score because we forgot to pay a bill again are just a few examples of how disorganization can affect us. 

Commit to become more organized. You can start by simplifying. Excess only creates extra burdens. Think about the additions you make to your home, schedule and life. Do they line up with your needs and values? Find new systems for containing and keeping track of your material things. Create new healthy ways to organize and process your thoughts and emotions. Maybe you want to schedule in time for relationships, a mental break or spiritual time with God.
