Practice to Make Progress

You may have put a lot of practice into worrying. Developing thought patterns that are negative and fear-based has set you up to worry almost effortlessly. In order to break this habit you are going to have to practice the opposite. Practice peaceful thinking instead. Look for beautiful, comforting, reassuring thoughts. Make sure you have grace and patience with yourself as you do this. Do not expect perfection in your thought life but progression in thinking more like Christ each day. Practice to make progress on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.
