Do you have friends or relatives you are worried about? Why not pray a blessing over them? It could be silently in your own space or if possible out loud with your hand on their shoulder. A simple example could be; “Lord, bless Angela with Your loving light and presence today.” Everyone enjoys to be blessed and it will remind you that God has loving control over their lives and future. Also, don’t forget about the difficult people in your life. You don’t know what hardships they are going through and they probably need your prayers more than anybody. Pray blessings over others and forget all about your worries on this “Not Gonna Worry Wednesday”.
