Stay Healthy

It's so easy to put our physical, emotional and spiritual health on the back-burner during this busy season. We tell ourselves we will exercise, focus on our relationships, or start reading the Bible after the New Year. But this just makes worry more rampant. Shouldn't the busyness make our health even more of a priority so we can be stronger and more stable as we manage holiday stress? Go on a walk, do something nice for someone, read the Christmas story in Luke 2. Stay healthy and keep worry at bay with a balanced body, mind and spirit on this "Not Gonna Worry" Wednesday.
