Tackle Apprehension

Apprehension is anxiety or fear that something bad or unpleasant will happen. Let go of apprehensive worries by training yourself to think the opposite. Imagine instead all the good and pleasant experiences that could come from the situation. For example, if you are apprehensive about starting a new job, picture yourself with new confidence, excited about what you will accomplish and the new relationships you will form. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t also be realistic, but trust there will be positive results from any challenges that develop as well. Finally, give God the apprehension in return for His trust and good plan for you to prosper. Tackle apprehension on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.
