Turn Scripture Into Prayer

What are you most worried about right now? Dig into scripture to see what God says about that concern. Is there any action God directs you to take? Are there any promises you can receive? Next, read God’s Word back to Him in prayer, changing it to make it personal to you and your situation.

For example, if you are having trouble trusting in God’s plan for your life, you could take Romans 12:2 and pray it back to God like this: “I won’t look to the world to decipher the plan for my life but instead, I will let You transform me into a new person by changing the way I think about it. Then I will learn to know Your will for me, which is good and pleasing and perfect.”

Turn scripture Into prayer on this “Not Gonna Worry” Wednesday.

"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people."  Ephesians 6:18
